We deliver our products across all cities in Cyprus using Travel Express for Larnaca, Famagusta, Limassol and Paphos. Deliveries are made either to pick-up points or directly to your work address as per agreement with the customer. Nicosia it is served by company’s couriers.

  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 1 working day of placing your order as per items availability.
  • Pick-up point shipping within Cyprus is free for all orders.
  • Direct delivery shipping is been charged at 2€.

Additional Information

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will use our best endeavours to inform you by communicating relevant shipping delay updates.
  • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will arrive on the next business day.4
  • Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon shipment of your order. Risk in the product will remain with us until it is delivered to you at the address specified when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at onlinecscy@medicalsintl.com with your invoice number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
