Cancellations and returns

We hope you’ll love every purchase from our website, but if you change your mind, we allow order cancellations before the order is prepared and, at any event, with below contitions:

How to cancel your order:

  1. Notify us via email quoting your order details to the following email address: onlinecscy@medicalsintl.com
  1. Select or quote the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation
  1. We will email you confirmation of your cancelled order.
  1. A representative will visit you to pick up the items and issue a return form.

The return form contains the following:

  • The customer’s name and approval signature
  • The item returned
  • The item’s expiry date and quantity returned
  • The reason of the return if it is a credit or an exchange, along with an invoice number
  • Date of the return
  • Territory Manager’s signature

Policy for Defected goods:

  • For defected lenses we usually send the lenses to the supplier for inspection.
  • To be able to send them they should be in their vials.
  • There should always be a return reason for example: Itching, torn, redness… because when we send the lens for testing we have to state the default.
  • In case the lens has a visual defect we immediately issue a return invoice for the client.

Lenses to be tested procedure:

  • We return lenses to be tested at a zero cost and send the return invoice to the customer along with a letter where we state its procedure.
  • If the result of inspection is defected they either issue a credit for us or send free lenses instead.
  • If the customer has an available invoice we can issue a credit note for the amount of the lens if not he/she has to buy a new lens to be able to do the exchange or the credit.
  • In case the lens is not defected no procedure will be done except we have to prepare a letter to inform the customer of the results.

Near Expiry Exchange:

The exchange of near expiry goods (contact lenses) should be done before eight months of their expiry date.

Solutions and eye drops may be exchanged before three months of their expiry date.

General Exchange Rules: 

No exchanges are accepted on invoices that precede the offer invoice.

No returns are accepted on Offers.

No returns are accepted to adjust past invoices.

Exchange Rule:

Exchanges should be done with the same line of product. For example, Biofinity with Biofinity or Colorvision with Colorvision. 

Condition for return: The product must be unopened, undamaged and unused with all seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap intact and in the same condition you received them.

Opened items: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and/or of unsatisfactory quality and/or unfit for their purpose.

Additional Conditions

  • Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if an item is unavailable.
  • Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor variations in specification do not entitle the purchaser to cancel the contract.
  • For product suitability inquiries, please contact distributor.
  • We do not accept returns that was special orders. Only stock items can be return , unless defection.
